Jay grew up on a small farm in Alabama in the US. From humble beginnings, went on to one of the top Business Colleges in the United States, the Culverhouse School of Business at the University of Alabama on Scholarship. During his college years, he interned in government for the 103rd United States Congress in Washington DC for the honorable US Senator Richard Shelby, as well as business corporate giants like the Walt Disney Corporation in Orlando, Florida. After graduating from college, Jay went on to have a highly successful sales career as a top producer in the Corporate Telecommunication Industry working for companies such as BellSouth Business (AT&T), MCI Worldcom, Exario Networks and Sprint Global. After the near implosion of the telecommunications industry in 2001, Jay went to Law School and then ventured into a new industry as the Executive Director of Spinal Corrective Care Associates in Birmingham, Alabama. During his tenor at SCCA he led the organization to cutting edge technological healthcare offerings as well as grew the organizations yearly revenues by 420% in 4 years by implementing unique sales and marketing programs to generate business. An entrepreneur at heart, Jay formed a successful contract marketing company in 2007 to help other healthcare and wellness providers to create successful sales and marketing programs. In 2011 Jay started working with Southwestern Consulting as a speaker and an Elite Sales & Leadership Coach. For 11 years Jay coached CEOs and Executives from around the globe in numerous different industries to great success and growth far beyond their industry averages. During his time at Southwestern Consulting he rose to become a Partner and an equity shareholder in the privately held company. He developed an in-depth knowledge of human behavior, psychology and neuroscience during his 11 years of coaching and self-study and is currently writing a book on those topics.. Selling always while coaching, Jay was also a number one ranked top producer globally for Southwestern Consulting amongst over 100 of the most Elite salespeople in the world. 2021 was the year that Jay founded Cuantico Corporation to help to continue transforming the lives and business of clients from around the world.
